Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and the management of bk8app ("bk8app", "we", "platform"). This document governs your entire relationship with our platform, covering all services, products, promotions and features provided.

bk8app reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use bk8app services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online gambling platforms

• Have never had an account closed by bk8app for fraud or breach of terms

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bk8app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Minimum Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods

Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the chosen method and current conditions. bk8app does not impose any transaction charges or fees on our end, however financial service providers may apply their own charges.

All withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the bk8app account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

bk8app reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security. This verification process is part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Bonuses and Promotions

bk8app offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM1,000 for new members. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

All other bonuses offered from time to time — including VIP weekly cashback — are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. Weekly cashback is available to VIP members across three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%) and Gold (up to 0.8%).

bk8app reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is any abuse of promotions, coordinated betting, or behaviour that goes against the spirit of the promotion.

Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on the bk8app platform are subject to the specific game rules for each product. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or sports event before placing a bet.

bk8app reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed unlawfully or due to technical error
• Suspend betting markets during investigations into suspected match or event manipulation
• Refuse or limit bets without providing a reason
• Apply different betting limits to different players at the platform's discretion

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software, or engage in cheating in any form will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the review is complete.

• Service disruptions or technical failures beyond our control
• Data loss or service disruption resulting from cyberattacks or unforeseen circumstances
• Betting decisions made based on information obtained outside the bk8app platform
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user themselves
